Role Summary:
- The Brand Executive ensures full understanding of project needs and formulates the pillars and key requirements of the project; ensuring alignment of all stakeholders. This requires collaborating with internal and external teams, setting the standards for outstanding organisation skills and client management skills to ensure the delivery of high quality work.
- This role is a junior role with a maximum of 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizes insights and data gathered on trends, competition, consumer and brand aspirations .
- Communicates all information needed from clients through research, workshops and other tools to the creative team to better cater to clients requirements.
- Assists the creative team while visually translating touch points of the project, by ensuring that translation is aligned with strategy and concept.
- Coordinates with the creative team on concept presentation by utilizing gathered insights to better capture brand purpose and personality.
- Supports the creative team during execution of the approved concept and during the visual presentation to the client.
- Arranges workshop to ensure alignment of final scope to be executed before moving forward.
- Responds to client requests promptly and communicates them diligently to fellow creative team members to ensure smooth project flow for both the client and the team.
- Empowers team by ensuring that resources are managed and timelines are met to guarantee that creative and strategic solutions meet project objectives.
- Ensures prompt delivery of projects while maintaining highest standards of quality.
- Aligns with the finance team to ensure accurate financial management of handled projects. This includes ensuring timely collections to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Ensures proper filing of projects outcome upon projects delivery.
