KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead effective performance management of the designated brands volume, share and financial results (GP; GP% by SKU, EBITDA) from defining the targets, tracking progress, proposal of corrective action (monthly or as required).
- In depth identification of consumer drivers of performance (for growth and decline) and leads delivery of the action plan.
- Develops and maintains effective partner relationship with agencies.
- Sets clear tasks to the agencies and monitors performance.
- Evaluates agencies proposals, gives clear, written feedback after each presentation.
- Assist to control complete cycle of work with creative and BTL agencies.
- Support the development of brand strategies that will achieve brand volume, segment and market share targets that will meet corporate volume, contribution and share objectives.
- Plan and implements, for assigned projects, the designated brand communication budget, including media plans, sponsorship and activations directly related to brand and advertising production.
- Control and participates in the budgeting process to assist with effective planning.
- Assist to ensure that designated brand(s) have a compelling and differentiated brand positioning anchored in a rigorous demonstration of consumer and competitor understanding and brought to life through a relevant connection map via the optimum mix of communication (digital priority), promotion, sponsorship, and to build equity and drive behaviour.
- Maintain designated brands integrity across product lines, advertising and other external and internal communications as it pertains to assigned brands.
- Ensure all elements of brand communication and activations are fully connected with the positioning.
- Maintain brand relevance to target audience as per portfolio role.
- Compile accurate and timely data for monthly brand performance reports.
- Assist with integrated plan development and leads delivery of assigned projects with Trade Marketing, Sales to ensure fully interpreted programs to the targeted customers.
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the renovation and innovation projects for the brand including project development and testing, preparation of stage gate pre-read materials and follow up.
- Timely and regularly forwards plans and achievements of the marketing objectives and assist in detailing all programs including but not limited to sales, and retail presentations.
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing major.
Experience:
- 3-5 of relevant experience.
- FMCG experience is a plus.
