Job Purpose
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth and ensuring strong, consistent positioning in the FMCG market. We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and resourceful marketer with the right mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to identify opportunities, make things happen, and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing plans, and campaigns to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels and markets.
- Define and optimize the brand portfolio strategy, ensuring a balanced, consumer-centric offering that maximizes market opportunities and avoids internal cannibalization.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Manage product lifecycle, including innovation, packaging development with the designers team (giving clear guidelines), pricing, and promotions. Support innovation projects and new product launches to drive incremental growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Manage brand budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize marketing spend.
- Lead social media management, driving engagement, community growth, and brand visibility across platforms.
- Oversee the development of communication materials with the design team (ATL, BTL, digital, social media, in-store activation).
- Track, analyse and present brand performance, category dynamics, recommending corrective actions when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing brands and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership, identify opportunities, and accelerate brand growth. Also strong analytical skills
- Experience in innovation, NPD (new product development), and product launches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Advanced in English (additional languages are a plus).
