Role and Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies for orthopedic medical devices (e.g., trauma, spine, Arthroplasty, sports medicine).

Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including events, congresses, workshops, and surgeon education programs.

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, presentations, and clinical support tools in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage product lifecycle, including new product launches, line extensions, and phase-outs.

Monitor brand performance, sales data, and market trends; prepare reports and recommendations for management.

Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and distributors.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Ensure all branding and promotional activities comply with local and international medical device regulations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a related field.

35 years of experience in brand or product management within medical devices or pharmaceuticals

Strong understanding of the orthopedic market and hospital-based selling environment.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced, regulated environment.
