This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Sales Associate at The Address Investments, located in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and budget. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers. The candidate will continuously engage in sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.

• Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Estate expertise
• Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and client relationship management
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate practices
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in real estate sales is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
