We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions across ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will analyze, design, and optimize business processes, translating them into efficient system functionalities and automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate. This role is key in driving process efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
- Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ERP (SAP) and Microsoft-based solutions
- Design and support workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure accurate system implementation of business processes
- Support integration between SAP ERP and Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel-based solutions
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders
- Assist in system testing, including test case creation, execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives
- Develop process documentation, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications
- Support change management activities, including user training and communication
- Ensure solutions align with organizational governance, compliance, and reporting standards
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or business analysis roles
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and enterprise business processes
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments
- Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN tools)
- Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of change management and digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise integration concepts between SAP and Microsoft ecosystems
