Job Description
Responsibilities
- Interface with customers to identify their problems and business needs.
- Requirement Elicitations and Gathering.
- Drive functional and non-functional requirements from customer requirements.
- Conducting Feasibility Study, Gap Analysis.
- Validate & Verify Requirements.
- Develop clear documentation for requirements, story boarding, user scenarios, etc.
- Create test scenarios, test conditions & expected results and test cases.
- Execute test scripts and test software programs to compare specifications, documentations and make sure that it meets customer requirements.
- Assures system usability and flexibility.
- Generate and write clear defect reports and validate bug fixes.
- Re-Engineering for Business Process: Recommends improvements to business processes.
- Identify the nature of the work of various departments of the Government Entities to identify opportunities to improve their performance through Elicitation Session and process Improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or economics.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in Agile, SDLC and ERP.
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
