Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful BRDs.

Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff and clients.

Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Performing user acceptance testing.

Analytical thinking with the ability to successfully assess a business technical and operational needs.

Requirements gathering, IT business analysts play an important role in gathering data related to requirements and specifications, so you should have a strong grasp of the best practices and validation processes.

Support communication between team members and stakeholders.

Oversee periodic system testing to ensure that it continually meets functional requirements, oversee usability and user acceptance testing throughout the organization both before and after deployment and gather user data to make recommendations to improve functionality or reliability.

Writing Business documents BRD for business users like (User Stories, Use Cases).

Writing Technical documents SRS for Developers.

Writing end-user user manuals.

Strong oral and written communication skills, this role requires excellent written and verbal communication to successfully prepare reports, documents, and BRDs and interact with team members and key decision-makers.

Native Arabic speakers

A bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Advanced technical skills.

Excellent documentation skills.

Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.

Excellent knowledge of Strategy Management field, Project Management field, and Task management.

Ability to manage a team and control team tasks and resource utilization.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
