About the Role

We are looking for Business Analyst

Job Location: Riyadh, KSA (Onsite)

Experience: 9+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Responsibilities

Agile & Delivery

• Solid understanding of Agile framework and events
• Ability to interpret Agile reports (Burndown / Burnup) and use them for tracking progress

Product & Role Understanding

• Clear understanding of Product Management structure:
• Differences between Product Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst
• Experience or awareness of working within cross-functional teams

Prioritization & Requirement Handling

• Ability to:
• Prioritize backlog based on value, urgency, and dependencies
• Make decisions on accepting/rejecting requirements
• Understanding of balancing product roadmap vs operational needs

Analytical Thinking

• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements

AI Awareness (Preferred)

• Basic awareness of AI concepts:
• Computer Vision, LLM, NLP, VLM
• Ability to relate AI capabilities to business or operational use cases

Communication & Ownership

• Clear communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and drive discussions with stakeholders
