Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Riyadh. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to improve processes and solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and solving complex problems
• Expertise in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement to develop effective solutions
• Ability to define and document Business Requirements in alignment with organizational goals
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in using relevant business analysis tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in the travel or ticketing industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
