About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations.

Duration: 3–6 Months (extendable based on performance)

Department: Human Resources

Work Type: Full-time Internship

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace. _______________________________________________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with HRBPs to understand business objectives and support HRBPs in managing day-to-day HR operations in all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development

• Serve as a point of contact for minor HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as needed

• Ensure that all requests for services are completed within an appropriate time frame

• Handling all Exit Interviews and other Exit Interviews as needed

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, which will further contribute to process improvements

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events.

• Assist in compliance activities related to the Labour Law.

• Support in documentation, record keeping, tracking and following up on open HR tasks till closure. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and Labour Law.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
