Job Summary

A full-time positionlocatedinor aroundthe Gulfregion.

Leading on business development in the Gulf region,encompassing investor relations, capital raising and marketing.

Working with and reporting directly to the Founder Partner, responsibilitieswillinclude:

• Managing existing investor relationships, to ensure continuity of communication, promotion of 90 North investment strategies and opportunities, and tracking of specific investor requirements.
• Researching and developing new relationships with HNWIs, family offices and institutional investors.
• Leading on making first contact with prospects and arranging follow up calls and meetings withFounder Partneror other members of 90 North.
• Contributingtotheestablishmentand implementation ofa multi-channel marketing strategy.
• Maintaining the accuracy of the CRM system as a record ofcurrent statusof all investor relationships.
• Contributing to the production of marketing collateral.
• Being a point of contact for post-closing investor relations.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate should have:

• Passion,precisionand perseverance.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• 5+ yearscapital raising experience in the Gulf region.

Candidate should ideally have:

• Previousmarketing qualifications or experience.
• Experienceraising capital for real estate investments.
