We are seeking a driven and client-focused Business Development Executive to support our DIFC non-regulated business setup division. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, onboarding clients, and supporting their journey through company incorporation and related services. The candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the DIFC ecosystem for non-regulated activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Support potential clients with initial consultations on DIFC structures, licensing options, and processes.
- Collaborate with the operations and legal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, leads, conversions, and client feedback to management.
- Work closely with banks, free zones, and DIFC authority to facilitate client setups.
- Attend and represent the company at business networking events, exhibitions, and DIFC-related activities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business through professional service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in business development or sales within the corporate services or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of DIFC company setup procedures and UAE business landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in corporate services, business setup firms, or DIFC/ADGM consulting.
- Understanding of financial free zones (DIFC/ADGM) and client onboarding requirements.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual candidates (English mandatory; Arabic/other languages an advantage).
