Job Description

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Business Development Executive to support our DIFC non-regulated business setup division. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, onboarding clients, and supporting their journey through company incorporation and related services. The candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the DIFC ecosystem for non-regulated activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Support potential clients with initial consultations on DIFC structures, licensing options, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the operations and legal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, leads, conversions, and client feedback to management.
  • Work closely with banks, free zones, and DIFC authority to facilitate client setups.
  • Attend and represent the company at business networking events, exhibitions, and DIFC-related activities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business through professional service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in business development or sales within the corporate services or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of DIFC company setup procedures and UAE business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in corporate services, business setup firms, or DIFC/ADGM consulting.
  • Understanding of financial free zones (DIFC/ADGM) and client onboarding requirements.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual candidates (English mandatory; Arabic/other languages an advantage).
