ABOUT STELEO AGENCY

Steleo is a brand strategy and creative agency specialising in the real estate and luxury goods sector. We work with property developers, brokerages, interior design firms, contractors and luxury goods across the UAE to build brands that command attention and marketing that converts. Strategy and branding are at the core of what we do. Paid advertising, SEO, content, and social media extend that foundation.

We are selective, strategic, and premium. We are now looking for a Business Development Executive to own our commercial pipeline and bring the right real estate clients to Steleo.

THE ROLE

A full-cycle business development role targeting real estate developers, brokerages, interior design firms, contractors and luxury goods across the UAE and GCC. You will own the pipeline from cold outreach through to signed contract, leading with brand strategy and creative to position Steleo as the go-to marketing partner for real estate & luxury goods businesses that take their brand seriously. You will work directly with the Agency Lead and collaborate with strategy and creative on pitches, proposals, and credentials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outreach & Pipeline

  • Execute structured cold calling campaigns targeting senior decision-makers across Steleo's priority real estate & luxury goods sectors
  • Develop personalised outreach sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn that open real conversations
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, events, and strategic partnerships

Pitching & Closing

  • Lead discovery conversations focused on brand positioning, business goals, and growth challenges
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative to develop tailored, brand-led proposals for each real estate prospect
  • Articulate the value of brand strategy to clients who think of marketing as execution only
  • Negotiate and close retainer agreements, consistently meeting new business targets

Relationship & Commercial Management

  • Nurture long-term prospects who are not yet ready to buy and build a strong real estate & luxury goods referral network
  • Maintain an accurate CRM with pipeline data, contact notes, and next steps
  • Deliver regular pipeline reports to the Agency Lead and contribute to Steleo's go-to-market positioning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

  • Proven experience in a marketing environment and understanding of market agency services.
  • Proven BD or sales track record in the UAE or GCC, with experience selling into real estate or a property-adjacent or luxury goods sector
  • Comfortable with cold calling as a core part of the role, structured, researched, and confident on the phone
  • Full sales cycle ownership from cold outreach to signed contract
  • Able to sell upstream, positioning brand strategy as the foundation, not a nice-to-have
  • Strong communicator at Director and C-suite level, in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Experience closing retainer-based, service-led contracts in a creative or brand context
  • Experience writing reports and presenting opportunities for growth.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

Desirable

  • Existing network across UAE real estate, developers, brokerages, interior designers, contractors or luxury goods
  • Familiarity with Dubai's marketing and, or property market dynamics, off-plan launches, and investor behaviour
  • Understanding of how brand positioning drives commercial outcomes in a high-value property market
  • Background in or knowledge of brand strategy or creative agency services

You approach cold calling with structure and confidence and know how to turn a cold conversation into a real opportunity. You also build trust over time and understand that the best agency relationships start long before a contract is signed. You know real estate and the luxury product market and or the marketing agency world. You know branding. You can walk into a meeting with a developer or broker and make a compelling case for why their brand is their most valuable commercial asset. You sell upstream, you close with confidence, and you hold yourself to a high standard.
