Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to and sell smart home automation and security solutions, drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 14 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
