Job Summary
BM Egypt Trade is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market awareness, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and new clients
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company policies
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities records
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales (minimum 24 years preferred)
- Experience in trade, manufacturing, or industrial products is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience is a plus
