Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development executive at our Cairo, Egypt office, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and developing business proposals, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth. The role involves leading the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating with internal stakeholders, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business proposal management, business development, and client relationship management.
• Strong capability in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into compelling business proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple proposals simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• High proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Familiarity with the research industry and experience working with clients in the MENA region is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or any medical-related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
