Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Fifth, WV. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and devising strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, preparing client proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills: Strong abilities in prospecting, client outreach, pitching, and contract negotiation.
  • Strategic and Analytical skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and developing business growth strategies.
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with strategic marketing, social media management, and performance marketing is an advantage.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset for tackling challenges effectively.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior business development or sales experience is preferred.
