Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in IT staffing and resource augmentation across the UAE or GCC region. The ideal candidate will have deep client relationship skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and project outsourcing services.

Generate leads through networking, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and professional connections.

Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements, pain points, and project needs.

Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client needs and organizational standards.

Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and HR Directors.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, client acquisition, and meeting targets.

Track and report business development activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Stay updated on UAE market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory: 35 years of hands-on business development experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation (UAE / GCC market).

Strong client network in enterprise and mid-sized companies.

Proven ability to achieve targets and close high-value contracts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Understanding of technology domains such as ERP, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, and Application Development is a plus.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
