About DISTY 360 

DISTY 360 is a regional distributor of engineering and construction software across the Middle East and Africa. We partner with leading global software vendors and are expanding our commercial team to support our continued regional growth. 

We are currently hiring multiple Business Development Executives to help drive business development activities across our vendor portfolio. 

 

Role Purpose 

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and supporting commercial growth for assigned software vendors. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, CRM excellence, and sales execution while working closely with the Business Operations Manager and technical team. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned markets. 
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling. 
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. 
  • Schedule customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data quality. 
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. 
  • Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer support. 
  • Support vendor-specific sales initiatives and commercial campaigns. 
  • Conduct market research and identify new customers and business opportunities. 
  • Prepare regular pipeline updates and activity reports. 
  • Represent DISTY 360 professionally during customer interactions and vendor activities. 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Account Management. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong organization, ownership, and follow-up discipline. 
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus). 
  • Comfortable using AI productivity tools. 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is Mandatory. 
  • French proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. 
  • Experience in software, technology, engineering, architecture, or construction is a strong advantage. 
  • Candidates living in New Cairo or nearby areas are preferred due to the onsite nature of the role.
