Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities. The role involves assisting in sales initiatives, client coordination, market research, and proposal preparation to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Facility Management industry
  • Support senior BD managers in lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, RFQs, RFPs, and cost estimations related to FM services
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the FM sector
  • Maintain and update client and opportunity data in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for bid submissions and service proposals
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Track sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and monitor performance
  • Assist in contract documentation and onboarding of new clients

Requirements

  • Experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry is mandatory
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a similar role within FM
  • Exposure to FM services such as housekeeping, security, MEP, soft & hard services is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of FM services and commercial terms
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prepare proposals and cost sheets
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
