Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within accounting, tax consultancy, and financial advisory domains.
- Build and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Promote the firm's service offerings through effective presentations and client engagement.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Achieve or exceed set business development targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 23 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within accounting, finance, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Prior experience working in the UAE market.
- Familiarity with UAE accounting and compliance regulations.
