Farwell & Gervase Vacation Homes is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for ahigh-performing Business DevelopmentExecutiveto join our growing Dubai-based team.

Founded inJanuary 2024, we are apremium boutique holiday homes operatorspecialising inDubai's most prestigious locations. Our portfolio consists of carefully selectedhigh-end apartments and luxury villas, and we pride ourselves on delivering a white-glove experience to both property owners and guests.

About the role:

This is a key commercial role within the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment and wants to be part of a brand that's scaling with intention from an early stage.

Our portfolio currently includes60 active units, The Business Development Executive will play a central role in continuing this growth by converting high-quality inbound leads, building long-term owner relationships, and helping expand our footprint across Dubai's prime communities.

We make asignificant investment in marketing, includingMeta advertising and personal brandled lead generation, which delivers aconsistent pipeline of qualified inbound leads. This allows you to focus onconsultative selling, relationship management, and closing, rather than cold outreach.

You'll work closely with leadership, have real ownership of your performance, and be rewarded with avery generous commission structure, competitive base salary, and hybrid working flexibility.

They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in holiday homes business development
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
