Business Development Executive

We are expanding our team in the UAE

Finstorm is growing and we are looking for a motivated, resultsdriven Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our recruitment services division in Dubai. This role suits someone who understands the recruitment landscape, builds strong client relationships, and thrives in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.

You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and position Finstorm as a trusted recruitment partner across industries. You will also work closely with our internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sector
• Build strong relationships with clients, HR leaders, and decisionmakers
• Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the recruitment team for timely service delivery
• Conduct market research and track industry trends
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Achieve monthly and quarterly BD targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
• 25 years of BD experience, preferably in recruitment or HR services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
• Understanding of recruitment processes
• Proven track record in achieving sales/BD targets
• Strong presentation and proposalwriting skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred

• Experience in recruitment agencies or staffing firms
• Knowledge of UAE hiring trends
• Familiarity with leadgeneration and digital outreach tools
• Strong HR and TA network
