We are hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi | Onsite from February | Hybrid in Dubai during January
GameIN is expanding, and we are looking for ambitiousBusiness Development Executivesto join our growing commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and working with innovative digital solutions across VR, AR, AI, and immersive technologies.
Working model
January: Hybrid role based in Dubai
From February onwards: Full-time onsite role in Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, enterprise, and private sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Present GameIN's solutions confidently and professionally
Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
Collaborate closely with internal product, tech, and delivery teams
Track leads, opportunities, and progress using CRM tools
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
Experience in technology, digital solutions, or innovation-driven environments is a strong advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
Willingness to be based onsite in Abu Dhabi from February
Excellent in Arabic and English Languages
