Business Development Executive

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive

Industry: Construction | Infrastructure | Landscaping

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the construction, infrastructure, and landscape sector to support our expansion and generate new project opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field

2. MBA in Marketing / Business Development Added Advantage

Technical & Professional Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 45 years of business development or project sales experience in construction / infrastructure / landscaping industry

2. Proven experience in generating leads and converting them into projects

3. Strong understanding of construction and landscape project lifecycle

4. Experience in identifying new markets, clients, and project opportunities

5. Ability to track tenders, prequalification requests, and project pipelines

6. Experience preparing proposals, capability statements, and commercial offers

7. Strong coordination with estimation, technical, and project teams for submissions

8. Experience in client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations

9. Good understanding of tendering and bidding processes

10. Ability to build and maintain long-term client and consultant relationships

11. Knowledge of UAE market and project approval processes preferred

12. Experience using CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and pipeline tracking

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)

1. Certification in Sales / Business Development

2. PMP or basic Project Management certification Advantage

3. Marketing or Contract Management certifications Preferred
