Job Description

About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through active corporate sales and the retention of the existing client portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing corporate travel requirements, and ensuring high levels of service delivery to all stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to execute business growth strategies and expands Zahid Travel Group's market.
  • Conduct regular field visits to existing and new customers to strengthen relationships and improve overall sales and maximize revenue.
  • Apply the strategic guidelines provided by the Business Development Manager, and attending meetings to provide market insights and updates regarding regional sales performance.
  • Facilitate reservations and ticket issuance as part of the end-to-end client service cycle.
  • Maintain a communication bridge between existing and new corporate partners to ensure service excellence and retention.

Qualifications, Skills & Aptitude:

  • Diploma in Marketing or Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate travel sales role.
  • Proven B2B sales experience is essential, with strong track record in successfully closing business deals.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, and result oriented.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English language is Essential.
