We are hiring for a healthcare initiative focused on providing clinic operations and insurance coordination solutions to private clinics across Dubai. Role combines Business Development + Operations, ideal for someone who is comfortable working both on ground with clinics and handling backend coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with private clinics to introduce and onboard healthcare operational solutions
- Handle insurance coordination, approvals, and follow-ups with insurance providers
- Manage clinic relationships, referrals, and day-to-day coordination
- Support patient handling, appointment flow, and operational processes
- Coordinate documentation, billing support, and reporting
- Act as a single point of contact between clinics, and internal teams
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in clinics / healthcare operations (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to insurance approvals, pre-authorizations, and billing processes
- Experience in front desk / patient coordination / clinic operations
- Comfortable with on-ground coordination and business development activities
- Familiar with DHA / MOHAP basics, claim processes, and clinic workflows
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
Language Preference
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Hindi / Tagalog speakers preferred
