Role Summary
We are seeking a SaaS Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and early-stage business development for our B2B travel tech solutions. The role involves active field prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and supporting pipeline growth across Dubai and nearby markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through market visits, field prospecting, and in-person meetings with travel businesses.
- Identify and approach potential partners across assigned territories and travel hubs.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand business needs and position Holidayme's SaaS solutions.
- Schedule and support product demos and follow-up meetings.
- Combine field activity with outbound outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to improve lead quality and market coverage.
- Achieve defined field activity, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or field sales within SaaS, B2B tech, or travel-related businesses.
- Basic understanding of travel technology solutions and B2B sales cycles.
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and/or French preferred (not mandatory).
- Comfortable with outdoor, market-facing roles involving regular client visits.
- Open to working evening or night shifts a few days per week, if required for market coverage.
- A UAE driving license and own car are strong advantages.
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with outbound and field-based sales environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales productivity systems.
