About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and confident Business Development Executive with strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing our company's services to prospective clients, delivering impactful presentations, and driving the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.

This role requires a balance of professionalism, organization, and persistence ideal for someone who enjoys structured follow-ups and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional presentations to prospective clients showcasing company services, capabilities, and case studies.
  • Liase with the estimations team to create proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Liase with the lead generation and the appointment setting team.
  • Manage the sales cycle from presentation to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internally with operations and marketing teams to prepare client proposals and pitch materials.
  • Follow up systematically to ensure timely responses, feedback, and conversions.
  • Support in organizing client meetings, events, and industry networking activities.
  • Track performance metrics such as lead conversions, meetings scheduled, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • minimum 3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales (preferably in engineering, design, or professional services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills confident in front of senior professionals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Pipedrive), and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualities

  • Prior experience in the AEC, construction, or engineering services industry.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up discipline.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and driven to meet targets while maintaining professionalism.
