Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong customer relationships. The Executive will collaborate with the legal team to craft tailored solutions for clients, contribute to strategic planning, and enhance the firm's client base through targeted business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships
• Knowledge of the legal industry and familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks is a plus
• Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Must have atleast 1 year of Experience working with the UAE based law firm.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, Persian and Russian is an advantage
