Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, and working collaboratively with the sales and projects team for business growth. The role involves researching market trends, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions to clients to achieve sales objectives and enhance company growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure profitable opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management for nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities with a client-centered approach.
  • Familiarity with the interior design, construction, and fit-out industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
