Role Overview

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Selleads.io's AI-powered automation solutions.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific business challenges.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in automation and AI.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS, automation, or AI industry.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and marketing automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
