The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Intern who is hungry to learn how deals are actually built. This role is hands-on. You'll work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, qualify leads, build partnerships, and help drive revenue.

If you're the type who likes connecting dots, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into contracts, this is for you.

What you will do

  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries
  • Generate and qualify leads (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, etc.)
  • Support proposal creation and client presentations
  • Assist in building strategic partnerships
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline tracking
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Attend meetings and contribute to client discussions
  • Help refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • You won't just shadow. You'll contribute.

What we are looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Confident speaking to professionals and decision-makers
  • Highly organized and self-driven
  • Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building
  • Basic understanding of technology / software services is a plus
  • Ambitious and performance-oriented
  • We care more about mindset than GPA.
