About the business area
The Touchpoints (Meedaf) The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer service. Meedaf will also deliver customer centric digital solutions such as loyalty programme management, designed to drive client engagement and improve overall service delivery.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- New Partner Acquisition Identify, engage, and secure strategic partners to expand the TouchPoints programme proposition and strengthen partner participation
- Lead the end-to-end partner lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation, onboarding and handover to account management
- Structure commercial arrangements including commission, marketing funding, and points exchange models in order to create sustainable revenue opportunities
- Own and deliver assigned revenue targets through new partner contribution and partner-led initiatives
- Maximise revenue through upsell, cross-sell and new redemption and engagement mechanics
- Optimise partner propositions and commercial arrangements, and work with internal stakeholders on campaigns, integrations, and operational initiatives in order to grow revenue and strengthen programme impact
- Volume Delivery Build forward-looking revenue plans and track performance across revenue streams Analyse delivery gaps and implement targeted commercial and operational actions in order to improve conversion, optimize yield, and support achievement of business development objectives
- Maintain service standards and responsiveness, and identify and address service risks or friction points promptly
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so thatwork is carried out to the required standard whiledelivering the required standards of service to customersand stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank's standards
- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- Minimum Experience At least 6 years of experience in partnership development, business development or loyalty programme management within financial services, retail, travel, or digital commerce
- Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or a related discipline
- Professional Qualifications Certifications in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or CRM/Loyalty platforms. Commercial, Sales, or Negotiation certifications (e.g., Strategic Sales, Key Account
- Management). Project Management certification (e.g.,PMP, Agile)

- Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 20,000 – AED 30,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
