We are seeking a dynamic, highly articulate Business Development Manager to serve as the commercial face of our High-Rise Building Chiller Supply and Operations division.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by securing lucrative contracts for chiller plant supply, retrofitting, and long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M). You will act as a premium brand ambassador, leveraging your sophisticated professional presence to engage with C-suite executives, prominent real estate developers, and MEP consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. High-Level Client Engagement;

  • Strategic Networking: Represent the company at high-profile industry exhibitions, gala dinners, and corporate networking events, acting as the premier face of the division.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage trust-based relationships with Chairmen, CEOs, Asset Managers, and Senior Project Directors of major high-rise residential and commercial developments.
  • Persuasive Presentations: Lead high-stakes client meetings by delivering polished, persuasive presentations that articulate technical specs (cooling capacity, energy efficiency, redundancy) alongside strong financial ROI models.
  • Corporate Image: Uphold the company's reputation for premium service by maintaining exceptional personal presentation, eloquence, and diplomatic communication skills at all times.

2. Strategic Market Expansion & Sales:

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for chiller plant supply and comprehensive long-term O&M contracts specifically tailored for high-rise towers.
  • Pipeline Development: Conduct deep market intelligence to map out upcoming mega-projects (mixed-use, residential, commercial) and initiate early-stage engagement with key decision-makers to get on tender lists.
  • Tender & Bid Management: Lead the commercial and technical proposal process (RFPs/RFQs), coordinating with engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to design targeted, high-end campaigns (brochures, digital content, case studies) that position our company as the premier choice for high-rise district cooling solutions.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering is required. An MBA is considered a strong plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management experience.
  • Candidates with a background in HVAC, District Cooling, MEP Contracting, High-Rise Construction, or Luxury Real Estate Development will be given significant preference.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, P&L, and long-term contract structuring (e.g., Energy Performance Contracts).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills; ability to deliver Board-level presentations with poise.
  • High EQ to navigate complex stakeholder matrices and build instant rapport with diverse cultural backgrounds.
