We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Holiday Homes Client company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Dubai real estate / holiday home market and a well-established network within the premium property segment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new property owners for short-term rental/holiday home management
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the portfolio
Build strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and real estate investors
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Negotiate and close management agreements with property owners
Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and guest relations teams for seamless onboarding
Monitor market trends, occupancy rates, and pricing strategies
Represent the company at industry networking events and property exhibitions
Ensure revenue growth and achieve monthly / quarterly acquisition targets
Requirements
Proven experience in business development within the Dubai holiday home or real estate market
Strong network in the premium/luxury property segment
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
Valid UAE driving license
Own car preferred
