Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and expand our presence in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and strategic partners

  • Maintain and grow existing business accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 12 years of business development experience in the real estate industry (mandatory)
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to execute successful business development strategies
  • Highly focused, goal-oriented, and results-driven
