About The Role
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth for Anghami and OSN+ across key industries including retail, banking, fintech, and e-commerce.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, partnerships, and growth, with a clear mandate to acquire users at scale, unlock new revenue streams, and build long-term strategic alliances in the region.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and execution-focused, with a proven ability to originate, structure, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Revenue Growth
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships to drive user acquisition, engagement, and subscription revenue growth
- Structure innovative commercial models (bundling, cashback, loyalty, distribution deals) aligned with partner and company objectives
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of outbound opportunities across priority sectors
Sales & Deal Execution
- Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and launch
- Develop compelling sales narratives and partnership proposals tailored to each industry and partner
- Consistently deliver against revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasts
Partner Management & Expansion
- Manage and grow existing strategic partnerships, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations
- Ensure partnerships are delivering against agreed KPIs and continuously optimize performance
Go-to-Market & Cross-functional Execution
- Work closely with internal and external teams to design and execute GTM plans for new and existing partnerships
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to ensure a seamless user journey and maximize conversion and retention
- Drive alignment across marketing, legal, finance, and operations for smooth execution
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day partnership operations including campaign execution, reporting, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
- Ensure timely execution of commercial agreements and partner deliverables
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within e-commerce, fintech, media, telecom, or retail
- Strong track record of closing deals and delivering revenue growth in GCC
- Experience in digital subscription or OTT businesses is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field
