Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Business Development Manager – Channel Sales will be responsible for expanding and activating ARADA's broker network by onboarding high-quality real estate agencies and driving sales through these partnerships. The role focuses on building strong relationships, enabling agency performance, and maximizing conversion through structured engagement and market-driven initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of local and international real estate agencies to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to activate channel partners and increase productivity
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, agency owners, and sales teams to ensure consistent engagement
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions on ARADA projects, value propositions, and market positioning
  • Drive lead generation and deal conversion through channel partners
  • Organize and support broker events, roadshows, open houses, and international activations
  • Monitor partner performance through KPIs and ensure alignment with sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of agency relationships, deals, and pipeline using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns targeting broker networks
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position ARADA effectively
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, commissions, and partner queries

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate channel sales / business development (UAE experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in agency acquisition and broker network management
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and broker ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Multilingual candidates are preferred
