We are hiring for our client, a
well-established UAE-based retail and lifestyle group, operating across
flowers, perfumes, fashion accessories, cosmetics, and gifting with a strong footprint across the UAE.
The business has been operating since 1999 and runs
80+ retail stores, offering a wide range of premium products and curated gifting experiences.
We are looking for a
Social Media Specialist focused on organic growth—someone who can build strong brand presence through
content, storytelling, and trend-led execution, rather than paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage organic social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with campaigns, retail promotions, and seasonal occasions
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels/TikTok) focused on:
- Product storytelling (bouquets, perfumes, gifting)
- Lifestyle positioning
- Emotional/occasion-based content (birthdays, weddings, Ramadan, etc.)
- Visit stores for on-ground content creation, including product shoots, bouquet styling, and event coverage
- Identify and capitalize on viral trends, audio, and formats to drive organic reach
- Execute end-to-end content creation: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and posting
- Collaborate with internal teams (store staff, design, marketing) for smooth execution
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, customer interaction)
- Coordinate influencer gifting and collaborations (micro-creators, UGC)
- Track and optimize content performance based on platform insights
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in organic social media management (no paid ads focus)
- Strong portfolio in retail / lifestyle / beauty / floral / gifting brands
- Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms and content formats
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing mobile-first content
- Ability to independently manage content from idea to execution
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with premium / luxury retail brands
- Understanding of UAE market trends, gifting culture, and seasonal demand cycles
- Comfortable working on-site with frequent store visits and shoots
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Growth in organic followers and engagement rate
- Increase in reach, impressions, and content virality
- Performance of short-form video content (views, watch time, shares, saves)
- Consistency and execution of content calendar
- Quality and turnaround time of store/event content
- Effectiveness of influencer collaborations (organic reach & engagement)
- Community engagement and response time
Additional Requirements
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Must be open to on-site role with frequent store visits
- Ability to capture and post real-time content during events and peak seasons
