Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Riyadh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow business, building strategic partnerships, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering presentations to promote company products or services. The role also involves managing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related areas
• Skills in Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Relationship Building and Partner Management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with business practices in the MENA region is an advantage
