Business Development Manager

We're hiring an Arabicspeaking BDM in Dubai. Lead highvalue deals in ICT & ELV solutions.

Our client, a leading player in the ICT, ELV, and ECP solutions sector, is seeking an experienced Arabicspeaking Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

Role Overview The BDM will drive growth by developing new business opportunities, managing vendor and client relationships, and delivering innovative technology solutions. Arabic fluency is mandatory to effectively engage with regional clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets of AED 15M20M
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop tailored technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs
• Oversee vendor management and strategic partnerships
• Ensure smooth project handovers and coordinate with internal teams
• Drive customer satisfaction and longterm relationship building

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ICT, or Business (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 7+ years in business development or sales within ICT, ELV, or ECP domains
• Proven success in closing highvalue deals and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, ELV systems, and solution design
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
