Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies to expand market presence, co-ordinating with developers, sales pipeline management, training and supporting team of Private Client Advisor's (PCA's), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing trends to achieve long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in business development, market analysis, and sales strategies
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
• Strong organizational, management, and strategic planning skills
• Great experience in the real estate industry
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environment
• Strong Knowledge of Dubai's residential and investment property markets.
