Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role will also include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
• Proven ability in Client Relationship Management, Sales Negotiation, and Partnership Development
• Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency with CRM Systems and Sales Metrics
• Leadership and Team Management capabilities
• Relevant industry experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or a related field, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
