About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. This is a hunting and farming role, focused on acquiring new clients while also managing and expanding our existing client base. You will be responsible for identifying high value opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals to grow our presence across the MEA.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a defined client portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Drive new business acquisition by securing new logo clients.
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximise revenue.
- Identify client challenges and deliver high impact, ROI driven solutions.
- Present Cirium's value proposition confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Navigate client buying processes and manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Lead sales meetings (virtual and in person) and represent the business at key industry events.
- Partner effectively with cross functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a revenue generating sales role within the Middle East.
- Experience with Salesforce, Aviation, or Financial Services is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Value Based Selling, with real examples of success.
- Background as an Account Manager or similar role in Information Services or SaaS.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving strong growth.
- Proven experience selling complex Data or Technology solutions.
- Strong communication skills, customer focused, and committed to high ethical standards.
- Willing to travel up to 50% for key client meetings.
- Native Arabic speaker is a plus.
