A leading group of hospitals in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong construction industry background to drive corporate business growth. The role will focus on acquiring and managing construction company accounts for visa medicals, pre‑employment medicals, and occupational health screening services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and onboard construction companies and contractors requiring visa medicals and workforce screening services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, PRO, and admin teams within construction organizations
- Promote hospital services related to visa medical fitness, pre‑employment health checks, and periodic medical screening
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and volume‑based contracts
- Collaborate with internal operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements within the construction sector
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales with direct exposure to the construction industry
- Strong network within construction companies, contracting firms, or manpower suppliers
- Familiarity with UAE visa medical requirements and corporate medical screening processes is a strong advantage
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self‑driven and target‑oriented, with the ability to work independently
