Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the CX solutions domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored CX solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 57 years of business development experience in BPO or CX solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) solutions and outsourcing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
