This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, developing and maintaining client relationships, and implementing growth initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and contributing to sales strategies to meet company objectives.

• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, and Sales Planning
• Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategies and conducting Market Research
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and execute growth plans
• Leadership, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
• Previous experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety consulting is a plus
• Familiarity with the Dubai market and commercial practices is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
